Bin WU 教授简介:

 Dr. Bin Wu is a Senior Research Fellow in the School of Contemporary Chinese Studies at the University of Nottingham. He holds a BSc degree in Physics, MA in Philosophy and PhD in Human Geography. His research interests cover a range of areas, including: rural sustainability and innovation; internal and international migration; working conditions and empowerment of Chinese migrant workers; overseas Chinese community development and integration; global citizenship education in higher education. He has completed many international funded projects: Chinese sweatshops in Italy (by Italian governments), employment conditions of Chinese migrant workers in the UK (by ILO), new trends of Chinese immigration to the EU (by EU). He is an editor of many books (China’s Development and Harmonisation, 2013; Higher Education Reform in China, 2011;  Sustainable Reform and Development in Post-Olympic China, 2010, all published by Routledge) and special issues of Journals of Contemporary China (2010 and 2013), Business and Society (2013). His latest paper (co-authored with Professor Hong Liu), "Bringing class back in: class consciousness and solidarity of Chinese migrant workers in Italy and the UK", is forthcoming in Ethnic and Racial Studies (online available).
